MNC Woman Techie Jumps to Death from office 4th Floor
Mangaluru: As per reliable sources from Bengaluru, it is learnt that a 30-year-old lady software engineer of a Multi-National Company (MNC) jumped to death from the fourth-floor cafeteria of her office building in Bengaluru this morning even as shocked fellow employees watched. Police named her as Shobha Lakshmi Narayan, a resident of Rajajinagar. She was employed as working as a senior quality analyst in an MNC located at Whitefield named ‘Herman Connected Services Corporation’.
According to police, Shobha Lakshmi Narayan reached her office around 8.30 am and logged in. At around 9.20 am, she went to the cafeteria on the fourth floor of the building and suddenly jumped from the window, eye-witnesses said. Her body lying in a pool of blood in the parking lot was found by the security staff. Fellow employees rushed her to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. It is learnt that before jumping, Shobha had left her identity card and cellphone near the window where she jumped from.
CCTV footage examined by the police clearly shows that Shobha walking alone through the emergency door before she jumped off. The Whitefield police have registered a case of unnatural death. Police said that reason behind the act is not known, but rumours are that there was some dispute over their ancestral property, which might have led to her to take that extreme step. Some say she was in depression for the last few months.The body has been taken for a post-mortem procedure, and more investigations would be done.
